Terms of use
1. Liability
This software is provided by Innovate Audio Ltd on an “as is” basis. In no event shall the copyright holder be liable for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to any loss of data or computer failure, arising out of the use or inability to use the software.
2. License Key
You may not redistribute or modify the software without permission from Innovate Audio Ltd. The copyright holder retains all rights over the software, and no third-party or agency is entitled to sell, modify, or repackage the software without prior consent and written permission from the copyright holder. panLab 2, panLab 3 and panLab Console essentials licence keys entitle the owner to use the software on one computer. panLab Console Ultimate licence keys entitle the owner to use the software on two computers.
5. Consent to use of data
You agree that Innovate Audio Ltd may collect and use technical and related information to improve our products or to provide services or technologies to you.An internet connection is required to activate the licence on a computer. To combat piracy and fraud, an internet connection is required once every 6 months to check the status of a licence.
3. Purchasing panLab and panLab Console
3a. panLab
panLab is available to purchase with Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Customers can opt to purchase a perpetual licence or rent the software for a period of 30 days. We offer a 7-day free trial of the software, and we recommend potential customers to take advantage of the free trial, prior to purchase.
panLab 2 is compatible with Macs running macOS 10.12.2+ and is fully compatible with QLab 4.6.0 or later. Some functionality is available with QLab 3.0+, but QLab 4.6.0+ is recommended. panLab 2 does not support QLab 5.
panLab 3 is compatible with Macs running macOS 11+ and is fully compatible with QLab 4.6.0 or later. Some functionality is available with QLab 3.0+, but QLab 4.6.0+ is recommended. panLab 3 fully supports QLab 5.
A perpetual licence entitles the user to utilise the full panLab feature set on one computer forever. It is possible to move a perpetual licence from one computer to another. This can be achieved using the licence manager window in-app. Please note, an internet connection is required to deactivate a licence from a computer.
A rental licence entitles the user to utilise the full panLab feature set for a period of 30 days.
If you would like a refund for any reason, please contact admin@innovateaudio.co.uk or Paddle, our Merchant of Record. We can offer refunds for 14 days from the point of purchase for perpetual licences. Refunds are not possible for rental licences.
3b. panLab Console
panLab Console is available to purchase with Paddle, our Merchant of Record. panLab Console licenses are perpetual, meaning that you retain access to the software in perpetuity. We offer a 7-day free trial of the software, and we recommend potential customers to take advantage of the free trial, prior to purchase.
panLab Console is compatible with Macs running macOS 10.14.6+. For best results, we recommend Apple Silicon Macs (M1 or later), but panLab Console is fully compatible with Intel Macs.

4. Modifications to functionality
panLab and panLab Console require access to third-party software and hardware to provide advertised functionality.
Manufacturers may from time to time modify these products in such a way that restricts our ability to provide advertised functionality. In this event, Innovate Audio LTD will not be able to provide any form of compensation or refund to customers, as this would amount to a situation beyond our control.
We advise customers to seek advice before updating any third-party hardware or software solution that interacts with panLab or panLab Console.

You agree that Innovate Audio Ltd may collect and use technical and related information to improve our products or to provide services or technologies to you.
6. About the Terms of Use
These terms and conditions may be altered and amended within reason from time to time to reflect the evolving nature of the software.
By using the software, you agree that you have read, understood, and will comply with these terms and conditions.
panLab and panLab Console are products developed by Innovate Audio Ltd, registered as a company in England and Wales (company number 13022655). Paddle is our Merchant of Record.
